Turnipheads are the least swayed by the Dark Consul's influence. It has always been their purpose to heal sick and dying plants. It makes no difference to them if the plant is under the Consul's thrall or not.

Turnipheads have Heal via It's Medicinal, which can benefit anything from the King Sprout to a Boss. If you have them in a spawning pool, putting them on the table during a Timeout is a good idea.
