Status Effects [Second Edition]:
Bane: (Heroes/Classic Monsters) A model suffering Bane discards the highest result rolled [IE highest star amount on a single die] anytime it makes a defense roll. (Arcade Monsters) A monster suffering Bane reduces its ARM by 1 star.
Fire: A model suffering Fire suffers one wound during its upkeep.
Hex: (Heroes/Classic Monsters) A model suffering Hex discards the highest result rolled [IE highest star amount on a single die] anytime it makes a offense roll. (Arcade Monsters) A monster suffering Hex reduces its STR by 1 star.
Ice: A model suffering Ice may not use unique actions.
Knockdown: (Heroes/Classic Monsters) A model suffering Knockdown may not move or perform any other action until it spends 1 action point OR all of its movement points to remove the Knockdown token. (Arcade Monsters) A monster suffering Knockdown may not perform commands until the next Move command. Instead of moving it must remove the Knockdown token.
Poison: A model suffering Poison reduces its total number of actions points by 1, to a minimum of 1.
Slow: A model suffering Slow halves its movement points, rounding up. [IE 5 & 6 would become 3, while 7 & 8 would become 4]
Immune Status Effects: A model that is Immune Status Effects can never suffer the negative effects of status effects. If a model that is suffering a status effect gains Immune Status Effect removes all status effect tokens immediately.
Immune X: A model with Immune X is immune to the status effect shown by the icon. If a model that is suffering a status effect gains Immune X to that effect removes the status effect token immediately.
Note 1: A model's card with a non-immune status effect on it's ability bar [in between it's affinity and it's health] inflicts that status effect to it's target on a successful offensive action. A model's card with an immune status effect on it's ability bar is permanently immune to that status effect.
Note 2: While a model can suffer multiple status effects, it can not suffer more than one of the same type at any time. [IE a model suffering poison is targeted by an attack that inflicts both poison and knockdown is hit, then the model will only receive the knockdown status effect from the attack in addition to it's wound since it already has poison]
