The frigid climate of the Frostbyte Reach is notoriously inhospitable for the races of Crystalia. It is doubly so for the cold-blooded kobolds that choose to make the realm home. Because of their natural vulnerability, the kobolds are fanatical devotees of the Cult of Frozen Spires. The Cult’s Frozen Priests maintain complex spells and rituals throughout the Reach designed to shield their kobold flock from the worst of the frozen climate.

The Frozen Warrens make use of the same models as normal Kobold Warrens. The Black Ice ability causes models that end their activation within 2 squares of the spawning point to be push 2 squares back, away from the spawning point. Careful it's slick!
The importance of the status effect Ice when using Frozen Kobolds cannot be overstated. Removing Heroes' capability to use their unique actions can be absolutely crippling, forcing them to rely on basic actions. It can become downright deadly when a Mini-Boss is on the table, robbing the Heroes of their most effective tools when dealing with these big bads.
